A Case of 10 Days

 A nine-year-old boy presented with his mother in our hospital for consistent cough and intermittent fever for five days. Chest radiograph depicted right pulmonary pneumonia. Laboratory test revealed white blood cells 7900/mm3, and CRP 3.9mg/dL. He was given antibiotics. Three days after, he came to our hospital, again for hopeful service at admission. Laboratory test at the time revealed white blood cells 6600/mm3, and CRP 4.5 mg/dL. Chest radiograph and CT were taken for further investigation (Figs. 1-3).

1. RS virus pneumonia

2. Human metapneumovirus pneumonia

3. Influenza virus pneumonia

4. Corona 19 virus pneumonia

5. Mycoplasma pneumonia
