 A twenty-two-year-old male presented in our hospital for high fever of 40 centigrade degree with pharyngeal pain. Two days before, he was diagnosed to catch influenza A in a local clinic. He got a medicine, Tamiful from the clinic but did not become well. He got anti-inflammatory medicine, Caronal. Three days later, he came to our hospital, because he did not get well. Laboratory test revealed CRP 4.80 mg/dL, white blood cells 5270/mm3, neutrophils 62.3%. He took chest CT for further examination (Figs 1-3).

What are typical CT findings for Influenza pneumonitis?

1. Centrilobular ground glass infiltration

2. Centrilobular nodules

3. Marginal ground glass opacity

4. Bronchial consolidation

5. Hilar swollen lymphnodes
