Case 319

 A seventy-five-year-old female was transported to our hospital by ambulance car. She was in stay of nursing house. When a care team visited there, her blood pressure 89/55mmHg, heart rate101/min SpO2 77% Body temperature 36.6℃. Arterial blood gas analysis revealed pH 7.308, PCO2 73.3mmHg, PO2 149mmHg, BE 7.3 mol/l.
 She took chest CT for further investigation.
