 A fourteen-month-old infant presented in our hospital with his mother for cough, fever, wheezing and vomiting. He had got RS virus bronchiolitis two months ago. Laboratory test revealed CRP 2.68 mg/dL, white blood cell 6920/mm3, neutrophils 50.2%, positive human meta pneumo-virus antigen test. He received chest CT based on her mother’s consent (Figs 1 – 3).
