A Case of the 10 days

 An eighty eight-year-old years old male presented in our hospital for diplopia. First, he consulted with an ophthalmologist and then, a neurologist in our hospital because he was leaning to right and left. Eye movement examination revealed difficulty for right eye ball to move upward, downward and inward. He agreed to take brain MRI (Fig. 1). Thereafter, he was admitted in our hospital. The following day, he fell down in floor. He took brain CT to check brain damage and one day after, he took brain MRI for further investigation (Figs 2, 3).

What artery supplies thalamus and midbrain ?

1. Posterior cerebral artery

2. Basilar artery

3. Superior cerebellar artery

4. Anterior cerebellar artery

5. Posterior cerebellar artery
