A Case of the 10 days

 A twenty-year-old male presented in our hospital for high fever, 40℃, diarrhea and difficulty in physical moving. Bloody diarrhea had been persistent for approximately one month. Twenty days before, he was infected with COVID 19 and thereafter, fever was consistent. Laboratory test revealed total protein 5.8 g/dL, albumin 2.3g/dL, CRP 22.88 mg/d/L, white blood cells 5450/mm3, lymphocyte 14.8%, monocyte 13.4%, neutrophils 70.2%. He took abdomen CT for further investigation. (Figs 1 – 4).
