A Case of the 10 days
Case 271
A sixty four-year-old female presented in our hospital for palpitation and short breathing. These symptoms emerged and continued for the past 6 months. They worsened especially on exertion. This morning, she could not rise up from the bed because of fatigue and her chest tightening. Laboratory test revealed hemoglobin 11.8 mg/dL, LDH 46 U/L, Creatinine 0.72mg/dL, BNP 48.8 pg/mL.
She took chest CT for further examination (Figs 1-3).
