Case 258

 We present an eighty one-year-old female for swollen and painful right knee. She first felt right knee pain four months before. She visited to a local clinic for consultation. She repeatedly received drainage of joint fluid, indicating bloody or hematoma. She was introduced to our hospital for taking MRI for further investigation (Figs.1-4). Body temperature, 36.4℃.
