We present two cases with nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM); Case 1, a seventy seven-year-old female with chronic cough and sputum. Chest radiographs of posterior-anterior and lateral views depict bronchiectatic changes and ground glass in bilateral lower areas (Fig.1). Chest CT depict nodules and dilated bronchus in both lobes (Fig.2).: Case 2, an eighty nine-year-old female with cough. Chest CT depict small nodules in right middle lobe and left lingula (Fig.3).
