Case 243

 A sixty five-year-old female presented in our hospital for taking medicines for hepatitis B. She was a carrier of Hepatitis B virus (HBV). Cell conversion to e-antigen of HBV was attained but DNA test was still positive. Her blood test conducted in the company she worked revealed high values of AST and ALT. She got advises to take the treatment of HBV. Laboratory test revealed white blood cells 3800/mm3, lymphocytes 53.9%, HBc antibody 12.5, AST 256 IU, ALT 371 IU, LDH 326 mg/dL, total bilirubin 2.4 mg/dL platelet 113000/mm3 PIVKA II 15, AFP 5.1ng/dL.
 She took liver CT and MRI for detection of hepatic tumor. However, they showed a retroperitoneal mass.

2. Neurinoma

3. Malignant lymphoma

4. Castleman disease

5. Leiomyosarcoma
