A Case of the 10 days

A sixty-year-old male was transported from the hotel isolated for getting disease of COVID19. The onset of COVID19 occurred 10 days before with fever and muscle pain. Four days after the onset, he felt disorder of sensations of taste and smell. Seven days after the onset, he was isolated in the designated hotel. Nine days after the onset, he got fever of 39 C and felt shortness of breathing, falling to 92% of PO2 saturation. Laboratory test revealed: white blood cell 5460/mm3, neutrophils 87.9%, lymphocytes 6.6%, monocytes 3%, CRP 19.39mg/dL, Ferritin 916.3g/mL, LDH 396 U/L, D dimer 1.5g/mL. He received chest CT (Figs 1-3).
