Case 234

 Case 1. A forty year-old male presented in our hospital for swollen left wrist. He got injury to left hand at over extension of wrist in rolling down in playing skateboard yesterday. He let the situation wait and see. As its local pain did not abate, he decided to come fearing bone fracture. He agreed to take non-enhanced CT (Fig. 1).
 Case 2. A seventy nine-year-old male presented for a swollen left wrist with tenderness. A week ago, he met a traffic accident during riding a bicycle, hitting by a car. The following day, his left wrist began to swell. He received wrist CT (Fig. 2)

What is your imaging diagnosis ?

1. Fracture of styloid process of radius

2. Fracture of styloid process of ulna

3. Fracture of head of ulna

4. Fracture of dorsal tuberculum of radius (Lister tuberculum)

5. Injury of triangular fibrocartilage complex
