Case 230

 A fifty five year-old female presented with a referring letter from a local clinic expert of gynecology. It said she had a lot of fluid discharge from vagina for her age. It made the gynecologist suspicious of her having cervical malignancy, myoma uteri or ovarian tumor. She agreed to take pelvic MRI for further examination (Figs 1 to 3).

What is your imaging diagnosis ?

1. Nabothian cyst

2. Lobular endocervical glandular hyperplasia

3. Tunnel cluster

4. Mucous carcinoma

5. Gastric-type adenomyoma
