This week, we present chest CT images in patients with COVID19. Chest CT findings were categorized into 4 types; slight ground glass; ground glass irrespective of homogeneous or inhomogeneous; consolidation; consolidation with fibrous component (Figs 1-4).

a. Fig. 1 ----- protein exudates (surfactant) in alveolar space
b. Fig. 2 ----- infiltration of type II pneumocyte, lymphocytes, macrophage & dendric cells
c. Fig. 3 ----- lymphocytes, macrophage & dendric cells in alveolar space
d. Fig. 4 ----- infiltration of inflammatory cells and fibroblasts into alveolar space and fibrosis.
