A seventy eight-year-old female presented in our hospital for hardly-curable diabetes mellitus (DM). She was admitted to get education and treatment for uncurable DM. She had received surgical resection of pancreas body and tail for acute pancreatitis. Further, she received hysterectomy and resection of left ovary. Furthermore, she received intraperitoneal surgery twice for ileus. During admission, she was found to have a hard mass sized 3cm X 3cm in her right breast, just upper the nipple.
She underwent mammography (Figs. 1, 2), contrast-enhanced CT (Fig.3) and MRI (Figs. 4, 5).
