Case 205
A nineteen-year-old female presented in our hospital for fever, headache and general fatigue. She was a student at specialized training school. Fever of 37.5-38.2℃ at night was persistent for approximately 10 days. She smoked 10 cigarettes per day and drank alcohol every day. Laboratory test revealed WBC 6450/mm3, CRP 5.6 mg/dL, ALT 52 IU/L, γ GTP 64. Urine test revealed WBC 3+, 50-99 (< 4). PCR test: negative.
She received non-enhanced abdominal CT for further examination (Figs 1-3).
