Case 193

 A middle-aged male presented in our hospital with a reference letter from a local clinic. It said he got high fever of 38.2℃ 10 days before and was given medicines as a diagnosis of common cold. Although transient fever relief was obtained, high fever recurred 6 days before. Chest radiograph taken yesterday showed pneumonia (Fig. 1). Chest CT was taken for further examination.
