Case 19
A seventy six-year-old female came to our hospital routinely to check blood sugar because she had type II diabetes mellitus. She felt exhausted for a week. No fever and abdominal pain were found. Laboratory test revealed an abnormality in liver function:
AST 248 U/L (12-36), ALT 288 U/L (6-43), ALP 645 U/L (100-345) γ-GT 575 U/L (8-45), Total bilirubin 2.74 mg/dl (0.22-1.20), CRP 0.35 mg/dl (< 0.30), white blood cells 3770 / mm3, HbA1c 7.5%
She received CT and MRI for further examination.
What is the appropriate imaging diagnosis ?
