An eighty three-year-old female presented in our hospital suffering from thoracic pain and abdominal pain. First, she found thoracic pain at 10 PM last night and slept leaving pain as it was. At waking up in the morning, she found herself unable to stand up because of thoracic and abdominal pains. She could not specify where these pains came out. Regarding the pain, the onset of thoracic pain came out gradually without any other symptoms such as headache, nausea and vomiting. She originally had right hemiparesis due to brain infarction. She had hypertension, hyperlipidemia and osteoporosis. She was given medicines including bi-aspirin and antihypertensives. She received thoracic and lumbar spine MRI (Figs 1, 2).
