A fourteen-year-old boy who was ninth grade, presented in our hospital with her mother for abdominal pain which was, he said, “never experienced”. He experienced left lower abdominal pain early in the morning (approximately 7 AM). Medical findings revealed left swollen hard testis. Laboratory test revealed alkaline phosphatase 894U/L (106-322), lactate dehydrogenase 301U/L (124-222), CPK 272 U/L (59-248) and white blood cells 7530mm3(3300-8600). Both his mother and he, himself agreed to receive abdomen CT for further investigation.
